Methods & accountability
How the notes get made.
Useful summaries should make the evidence easier to inspect.
Signed writing and the Fieldbook
Notes attributed to Swapnil Upganlawar connect agent reliability, evaluation, and the economics of useful outcomes. Research and drafting may be AI-assisted; a byline is not evidence that an experiment was performed.
The Agent Reliability Fieldbook contains simulation-based guides. Outcomes come from deterministic rules, not live-model measurements. Each guide identifies the scenario revision, the repair, and what remains untested. Scheduled generation does not create or modify Fieldbook entries.
Use the signed-writing feed for personal notes, research collections, and guides, or the combined feed to include automated briefings.
Daily briefings
Entries labeled “Model Fieldnotes · Automated briefing” are AI-generated from accessible public sources. The workflow checks dates, supporting excerpts, duplicates, and source attribution, then runs a separate automated verification pass. These checks can miss mistakes; they are not human review. Original writing remains separately attributed to Swapnil Upganlawar.
Daily publication is designed for a small selection of useful developments, not a complete news service. Quiet days, inaccessible sources, spending limits, or failed checks can mean no edition. Research papers and vendor results are reported findings unless we explicitly document a reproduction.
What needs review
Weekly five-paper selections go through review before publication. Regulatory interpretation, allegations, sensitive advice, personal opinions, and uncertain claims also require review. An automated briefing does not express a personal endorsement by Swapnil Upganlawar.
Open-source projects
Weekly candidates start with a bounded problem and a comparison with existing tools. Generated source is tested in an isolated environment without publishing credentials. Public repositories require approval of the exact candidate. Passing tests does not establish security or production readiness; project pages document limitations and beta status.
Sources, corrections, and history
Follow each entry’s original sources for context. We link to source material rather than republishing full articles. Publication history and corrections are visible in GitHub. Substantive corrections should update the article, its date, and a correction note.

Public workflow, limited scope
The workflows and spending controls are open source. Publication can be paused, and schedules are best effort. There is no behavioral analytics, reader account, or email collection. See our privacy page.
